The lodge was originally built circa 1840 as a house for an empire loyalist, his family and hired hands.
Our records indicate that the building has been used as a fishing lodge since 1912.
Our family has owned and operated the lodge since 1973.
We operate a quaint, old fashion lodge with all modern conveniences, spotlessly clean, catering to sportsmen, their wives and families.

Inside, you will find a spacious, well-furnished lounge complete with satellite television.
The games room includes card tables and board games for your enjoyment anytime. Our comfortably furnished bedrooms contain clean, old fashion beds, dressers, and night tables.
There are three suites which contain private washroom facilities; all other rooms must use centrally located indoor washrooms.
The shelves in our dining room display antiques almost as old as the lodge itself, and provide a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy delicious, appetizing, home cooked meals. Central heating ensures your comfort spring and fall.
Screened verandahs are the setting for some tall tales.
There is a billiard table and a soccer table for your enjoyment anytime.
