For swimming and water sports, besides fishing, Canton (and maybe Great Salt Plains Lake) are the only northwest Oklahoma lakes that aren't glorified stock ponds.

I live on Grandlake of the Cherokees in N.E. OK,I love coming to Canton lake for walleye and crappie fishing.
