Fishing guide on Broken Bow Lake in Oklahoma.
Broken Bow Lake is nestled in the Ouachita Mountains, located in southeast Oklahoma.
Covering over 14,200 acres with 180 miles of shoreline it is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the southern United States.
The lake with a normal pool elevation of 599.5 ft., was constructed in 1969 with the damming of the Mountain Fork River. Today, Broken Bow Lake is known as the cleanest and clearest lake in Oklahoma.
The average depth of the lake is 62 ft., which at times can cause frustration to anglers or at times provide an angler with some of the most productive fishing ever.
With places on the lake that can reach 185 ft. in depth, Broken Bow Lake is without the luxury of any type of grass fish. However, for those anglers who are challenged by the opportunity to fish rocks, timber and off-shore structure, this is the lake for you.
Broken Bow Lake Guide Service is provided by Bryce Archey. Bryce started fishing the lake with his dad when he was four years old. With more than twenty years experience fishing the lake, Bryce can customize a fishing trip for smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, spotted bass, white bass and walleye (seasonal). While on your trip, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Kiamichi Mountains and Beavers Bend State Park.
Tackle can and will be provided upon request.
Bryce will be glad to plan a trip you can and WILL enjoy!
