My husband, myself and 3 Grandchildren checked into the campground at Hugh White State Park on the 20th of June, on our way to Florida for vacation. The 21st. of June I had to take my husband to the hospital at 6:30 A.M which turned into a 6 day stay. The Grandchildern (13/12/10 yrs old) stayed at the camp site and the Rangers, went out of their way to check on the kids for me and even kept a eye on them so they could ride their bikes instead of staying in the travel trailer all day. One very nice Ranger, Robert Welsh, even went out of his way to get our holding tank dumped. When we try to go to Florida again, we WILL stay at Hugh White State Park. It's nicely maintained and beautiful.
