Ordering and Payment Options

  • Online: LandBigFish.com gladly accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Please note that your credit card must have a U.S. or Canada billing address.

  • By Phone: Call us toll free 1.877.347.4718 from 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday to place phone orders. Please have your credit card ready. No C.O.D.'s

  • By Fax: If you wish to send your order by fax. Do your normal shopping, then follow the link on the first checkout page to print the order out. Complete the form and fax it the following number, 606 787-7336. We will process your order and email you a confirmation.

  • By Mail: If you wish to send your order by mail. Do your normal shopping, then follow the link on the bottom of the shopping cart page to print the order out. Complete the form and mail it too:

    Will I have to pay Sales Tax?

    Outside of Kentucky you will not have to pay sales tax. To our fellow Kentuckians: Sorry! It’s the law. Kentucky has a single sales tax for the whole state, so we charge whatever the current rate is for the state.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged the full amount during the final check out step, so that we can begin immediate processing of your order.

    Almost everything listed in the store is normally stocked merchandise, but items do go on back order. For these items placed on back order, your credit card will not be credited the back order amount, then recharged at the time of shipment. In most instances, the back order time is less than 2 weeks. At any time, you may request to cancel any back ordered items from your order.

    Why is my credit card charged right away?

    95% of all orders are fulfilled at the LandBigFish store. But we also have a network of manufacturers for fulfillment. We charge cards to verify the funds before forwarding your orders to these manufacturers and to our own shipping department. At any time, you may request to cancel any back ordered items from your order. Thanks for your understanding.
