FISH BITES!!!!!! use the inshore chunks!! even if u go offshore on wrecks. either squid, or shrimp! but squid works best. they are GREAT!!!!!!!!! my godness, we filled a VERY large (ann marie fahey) cooler, just the 4 of us and a few bags of fishbites inshore chunks squid flavored, of black sea bass..and a snook, and a great many sharks, also we caught a flounder that spit the hook at the surface. but all we did was set it in freespool, and didnt even worry about the bait. it will last for many fish!

I have made about 6 fishing trips out of Lewes Delaware on Headboats hooking some nice size sea bass using chickhen breast as bait they love it with a little bit of squid.
