What's our policy on returns?If an item you ordered from LandBigFish.com does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just contact us with your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will reply shortly with the return instructions.If you were sent an incorrect item or you received an item damaged during shipping, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges. Otherwise, return charges are at the expense of the purchaser. Your credit card will be credited once the item is recieved and restocked into our inventories. No restocking fees. Credits will be done the same day the return is received.
What's our policy on exchanges?You have 30 days to exchange any items purchased from the LBF website. The item must be unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to LBF and the shipping to get the exchanged products back to you.
What's our policy on back orders?All items in our store are normally stocked merchandise unless otherwise marked. With in-store sales, phone sales and Internet sales, there is no way to fully have an "on hand" count of merchandise. So once in a while, these regualar stocked items may have to be back ordered. If that's the case, we will ship you what is in stock, and send you the rest when it arrives, at no extra cost to you.
