The Team Daiwa Luna features the exclusive Free-Floating Spool and Daiwa’s Magforce®-Z automatic magnetic anti-backlash control (103, 203, and 253 or the Centriflex® automatic centrifugal system on the 300 reel). Fine-tuning your round baitcast reel for any weight lure or changing wind and weather conditions is now easily done with the Magforce®-Z from the outside of the reel or the Centriflex® by removing the easy-off side plate. The frame and sideplates are machined from solid barstock aluminum and the spool is built lightweight aircraft aluminum. The drive train features five Super Corrosion Resistant ball bearings and one instant anti-reverse roller bearing for smooth cranking while the precision gears are machined from top grade phosphor bronze and brass for years of dependable trouble-free service. The new Team Daiwa Luna offers the round reel exciting new features that were previously only found on low-profile reels.
