TRADITION introduces a totally new and innovative concept in fishing rods by combining its' advanced filament winding techniques with a radically new mandrel design which allows the blank and grip to be wrapped as one continuous unit. This results in a rod blank that makes a transitional diameter change from 3/8" in the blank to 1" to form the grip. This 3 1/2" expansion area creates what we refer to as the "Megaphone Effect", in which blank vibrations are allowed to amplify making it the most sensitive rod we have ever produced. All TRADITION's feature our proprietary Multi-Modulus tip system for the ultimate in control and lure presentation. The high modulus graphite in the lower section provides superb castability and hook setting power. Reel attachment is provided by way of a CAXIN Sc6 reel seat which affords maximum contact area between your hand and the rod for the ultimate in sensitivity. Guides are Fuji set at "Concept" spacing weighing in at slightly more than 2 1/2 ozs. TRADITION is truly indicative of the quality and innovation AiRRUS is becoming known for. The two piece model comes with a Valour rod bag and a Hunter Green embroidered Cordura travel case.
