you need a nice frying skillet,yet your not frying ,first you must!use real butter only!put in 3cubes of butter into pan,put flame on simmer,very slow cook,then,get your clean trout,and add all
your herbs,rosemary,thmye,sage,italian herbs,and a very small dash of salt.cook each side15minto 20 till done make sure to use two spactholars to flip the fish so it will not break up!then your done hmmmmmm good,all you need is steamed rice and a beer or juice..bye-/""""""""~ fish on!
