Fishing Information

I grew up in a family that owns a fishing resort in Ontario, so I've heard millions of fish stories, some true, some not-so-true. The true story that I'm most impressed with involves a 16lb walleye that my dad caught - it still hangs on the wall in the lodge office.

Personal Background

I'm a bartender at a resort in northeastern Minnesota on the tip of the arrowhead region. I just started ocean fishing in the last couple years, using my beginner's luck to catch a 9' sailfish in Mexico.

Boat name: On The Rocks
I just acquired this old 26' Fiberform cruiser, which I'm working to turn into a Lake Superior fishing boat. I also have a 16' Lund with a 25hp Honda on it for inland fishing.
