Located on the Beautiful Herrington Lake, Royalty’s offers a full service marina with 85 covered slips for runabout and pontoon boats, and 18 open slips for houseboats.
Fishing and pontoon boats, and cottages are available for rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Eight cozy efficiency rooms are rented on a yearly basis.
Personal and friendly service is always found at the Dock store which includes a launching ramp, a complete line of live and artificial baits, gasoline, sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks, overnight mooring, and more. Conveniently, located 3 miles from Burgin, 7 miles from Shaker Village, and 27 miles from Lexington, Kentucky, Royalty’s is in the heart of BLUEGRASS COUNTRY.
LARGE COTTAGE FEATURES : Fully equipped kitchen and bath. Screened porch overlooking lake. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each. Fold out couch in living room. Cable television and A/C.
SMALL COTTAGE FEATURES : Fully equipped kitchen and bath. Two double beds in one room. Screened in porch. Cable television and A/C.
ROYALTY’S supplies sheets, towels, paper products, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid.
RENTAL POLICIES : Renter must be a responsible adult (18 or older). Cabins are to be left in clean condition with no damages. Pets are allowed on a leash and pet owners are responsible for pet’s behavior and clean-up. Check-in is 3 PM and Check-out time is noon.
COTTAGE RENTAL INFORMATION & RATES : Rental reservations may be made by phone or mail. Confirmation is provided upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Weekends rent on a 2 day minimum.
