Piping Rock is a four season family resort located directly on Lake Winnipesaukee, in prestigious Winter Harbor, and just 3 miles outside the center of Wolfeboro, America's Oldest Summer Resort.
The resort sits on over 6 acres of open grassy land and offers beautiful views, a private sandy beach, floating raft, fishing dock, boat slips, free canoes, playground with Li'l Tykes® and swingsets. Charcoal grills, lawn and beach furniture are all provided.
Whether it's a motel room, cottage or suite, Piping Rock has year-round accommodations to fit every need. All of the motel rooms have either a terrace or screened-in porch, air conditioning and a view of the lake and mountains..
Cottages are two, three, or four bedrooms, with a living room, kitchen (fully stocked), screened porch, and fireplace. Each cottage is supplied with its own charcoal grill. Piping Rock offers motel units with fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, bath and bed linens.
For large families, Piping Rock also offers two large suites, each with three bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. All of our accommodations have color TV with cable and individual phone lines with their own phone number and free local service. Sorry No Pets.
