Neat fish! Imagine seeing something like that while you're swimming--essentially a giant bass!

My defense for the photo's validity (I don't suppose that this was photochopped at all):

1) Check out the size of the eye: if this were a photochop job, it would be a lot bigger in proportion to the body.

2) The slime dripping off of the fish's fins: to me this is the most certain proof, when something drips like that it's going to have a minimum diameter about the size of a drop of water (possibly a little bigger due to the increased viscosity of the slime); the diameter in the photo looks spot-on.

3) Lighting: that's a darn good lighting job if it is photochopped--the intensity and position looks just right.

These evidences cast the likelihood of photochopping down so low that it's not even worth considering, in my mind.
