Material
     Hook: Salmon single/double down eyed hook sized 6
     Thread: Black 8/0
     Tail: Orange hackle Fibers
     Tag: Fine Oval Silver Tinsel
     Wing: Moose Body Hair over Green Crystal Flash
     Collar: Black hackle
     Head: Black
     Body: Chartreuse Floss followed by Peacock Herl
     Neck: Red floss followed by Black Ostrich Herl

Instructions
Starting at the bend tie in some fine oval silver tinsel and make 4 or 5 wraps. The tail is a few strips of orange colored hackle. The body is in 2 sections. The next step is to tie in some lime green floss, wind the floss forward 5-6 turns and tie in. Next body section is peacock herl. Tie in 2 strands and wrap forward 3 turns. The floss section should be a bit longer than the herl section. Next is the wings. 4-5 strands of moose hair with 3-4 strands of lime green crystal flash over. The wing is sparse. Tie in a soft black hackle collared style. Next is the different part.Tie in a strip of red floss and wind forward 3-4 turns. Finally, tie in one black ostrich herl. I call this red floss ostrich herl section the neck. Tie off and finish the head. Thread is black.
